The sentiment is likely to turn bullish today. We might see some moves downward due to news in the early part of the day in the pre-open. However, the sentiment is expected to turn bullish for today. We continue to be in a bearish time cycle that started on 29 March 2025 and indicates a weakening on or after 17 April 2025 (Today). The next larger time cycle is a shorter bullish cycle, followed by a consolidation and another bullish cycle.

Yesterday, we had a bearish sentiment, and the day worked out just as expected. That does not always happen. The bullish sentiment at the end was forecasted, but the size of the bullish move was significantly more than expected.

Today's time cycle suggests a bullish sentiment for NQ. It may turn to strong bullish sentiment too after opening. We could see NQ heading back to the 19000-19100 levels. We are at the end of the larger bearish time cycle, and a weakening of the bearish sentiment is expected going forward.

Today's opening trade bias. (9.30 am)

We could see a bearish move around 9.25 —9.27 a.m. ( around 3-5 minutes before opening), which may continue until 9.37 a.m.

At 9.30 am, we see an indication of a volatility move. This could lead to significant moves on both sides and turn very choppy. The daily bias is bullish, and any pullbacks could be viewed from that perspective.
