Welcome to Fractiz. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs its functionality.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
  • Interfere with any other user’s ability to access or use the website.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without prior written consent.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow others to access it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or show signs of misuse.

If your account is deactivated (by you or by us), there is a 90-day cooldown period during which the account cannot be reactivated. After the cooldown period, you may create a new account. Deactivation cancels any active subscription and forfeits any remaining backtest capacity. Backtest history may be retained for a limited period for compliance purposes.

3. Backtest Capacity

Each plan includes backtest capacity for running strategy tests on the platform. Capacity is non-transferable.

  • Free Evaluation: A one-time allocation of 20 backtests for evaluating the platform. Free capacity does not reset, does not roll over, and is forfeited if the account is deactivated.
  • Pro: A monthly allocation of backtests as listed on the pricing page. Capacity resets at the start of each billing cycle. Unused backtests do not roll over to the next cycle.
  • Pricing changes: We reserve the right to modify plan pricing and capacity at any time. Changes to pricing do not affect the capacity already allocated for the current billing cycle.

4. Payments

Pro subscription payments are processed through PayPal or Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment terms of the applicable provider. All sales are final. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be submitted through our Contact Page.

5. Content and Information

All content on this website is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The content should not be considered as professional financial, investment, legal, or medical advice.
